If you wish to receive your W-2 form electronically, your form is currently available to view and print in Self Service Banner. Contact payroll@louisiana.edu
Instructions for Retrieval of Electronic Forms:
- Go to Banner Self Service in ULink (on the right under Banner Links)
- Select the Employee tab
- Select Tax Forms
- If you have not yet consented to receiving your tax form electronically, Select Electronic Regulatory Consent and click box to consent to receive W-2 electronically
- Select W-2 Wage and Tax Statement
- Select Tax Year in the drop down menu
- Select Display
